Computer RepairMy experience with Steve was amazing! I had an issue with my computer connecting to my screen/tv/monitor after setting it to boot up in safe mode. He also installed programs to help me against malware/virus/etc even though he didn’t have to, and he offered a lot of advice on what I should/could do for my computer to keep it safe. He really knows his stuff (way more than I can even comprehend) but he was always patient and willing to explain things. I also had an issue with a large file that I couldn’t delete and didn’t even know where to begin. He was very patient and kept in contact me with me via email as he tried to help me figure out this issue. I appreciate that he went the extra mile to help me when he really did not have to. This is the first time I’ve hired someone I didn’t know to help me with my computer stuff and was trepidatious at first but I’m glad that I chose Steve to work with. He’s very welcoming and personable and right from his first message he was up front with me about what the issue(s) could possibly be and I appreciated that he didn’t try to sugar coat anything, and relayed to me what the costs could potentially be. Anyhow, to end all this, if you’re looking to fix your computer, I’d say Steve should be your go to guy.
